Type A
They are the most dangerous. They can explode even without being confined. They are not allowed for commercial or industrial use due to their high risk.
Type B

Type C
They do not explode when confined, but may decompose rapidly releasing a lot of heat. The risk of fire is high.
Type D
They can decompose slowly at room temperature and, although they can burn, they present less risk of explosion than the previous types.
Type E
They burn easily, but their risk of dangerous decomposition is low compared to the higher types.
Type F
They have a low explosion risk and do not usually decompose violently. However, they can still be hazardous under certain conditions.
Type G
They do not present a significant risk of explosion or violent decomposition, although they can still burn.
