Ethical Channel

This channel will serve you to inform the Ethics Committee of any type of irregular action or malpractice that violates the principles of Global-TALKE or current regulations. The data on incidents and complaints will be treated by Global-TALKE in an absolutely confidential manner, as and as established by the internal rules of the company.




    In compliance with the provisions of LO 15/1999, Protection of Personal Data ("LOPD") and its development regulations, we inform you that the personal data that may be included in your complaint will be integrated in a file owned by Global-TALKE S.L., which complies with the legally required security measures.

    The purpose of the treatment is to process the complaints communicated through the Ethical Channel of Global-TALKE S.L. in accordance with the provisions of the Code of Ethics of Global-TALKE S.L. The aforementioned personal data may be transferred to Global-TALKE S.L. if necessary for the purpose of the investigation, processing and/or resolution.

    Likewise, we inform you that, in any case, you can at any time exercise your ARCO rights, which legally correspond to you, by sending a letter to the attention of "Data Protection" at the address Pol.Ind.
